Yes, you do! Follow these quick steps to ensure a smooth and compliant process.

Step 1: Submit Your Manuscript

📄 Use the Submission Google Form Interface to upload your accepted manuscript.

  • Fill in all required fields.

  • After submission, you’ll receive an OSTI ID number within 24 hours.

Step 2: Complete the PCard Advance Approval (AA) Form

💳 Include your OSTI ID number on the form.
📤 Send the completed form to PCard@slac.stanford.edu
